13-Step Pre-dispatch Inspection

Every shipment passes through 13 rigorous checkpoints before leaving the factory

The manufacturer submits Material and Mill Test Reports, plating certificates, and ISO-accredited test results per purchase order requirements, with proof of origin and batch traceability.

5 samples from each product category, along with all test certificates, are shipped to our India office for dimensional checks and lab validation before any large-scale inspection begins.

Our Quality Control team runs internal checks on dimensions, finish, and materials. If all results align with our standards, an on-site inspection is scheduled at the supplier's location.

A certified inspector visits the manufacturing site or warehouse to begin full inspection. Dates are pre-agreed to ensure readiness and prevent unnecessary delays or rescheduling.

We verify quantities against the original PO. Counting cartons, pallets, and units to ensure nothing is under- or over-supplied before advancing to packaging review.

Packaging and labeling are inspected for strength, accuracy, and compliance with export norms. Errors here can cause customs issues, so nothing leaves unchecked.

Samples are picked randomly using ANSI/AQL statistical methods. This ensures we’re checking a fair representation of the batch, not just cherry-picked parts.

Selected samples are sent for testing at a certified third-party lab. Each part undergoes visual, dimensional, and performance checks based on category-specific standards.

Visual inspection highlights defects in finish or assembly - dents, cracks, misalignments, or coating issues. Each defect is tagged as minor, major, or critical.

We conduct volumetric checks to confirm each item’s size, weight, surface finish, and dimensions precisely match the specs outlined in the original order.

Mechanical and chemical properties are tested. Failures at this stage are critical and result in immediate rejection of the batch, with follow-up actions initiated.

Barcodes are verified for clarity, scannability, and proper mapping. We ensure they link the right part to the right order and are durable enough for global transit.

The final report includes inspection photos, test summaries, and defect analysis. When every box is ticked, the shipment is cleared and released for dispatch.
